Aleš Gavlas – I am an experienced project, process and transformation manager, consultant, lecturer and business developer, with skills also in internal and external communications.
I have worked for international/global companies, I have executive management experience and practice working across Central and Eastern Europe and in the United Kingdom.
Since January 2012 I have been acting as a freelance advisor and mentor, primarily for the corporate sector (frequently for Private Equity companies) and I provide my services also to companies from the Small and Mid-Size Enterprises category.

I am a member of the Czech Chamber of Commerce (through Moravian-Silesian Region's Chamber of Commerce) and a member of the Czech Energy Sector Managers' Association.

I live in Ostrava, I work either from the office (Category A) in the centre of Ostrava or directly at the premises of my Clients. My primary zones of interest are Central and Eastern Europe.

I do not respond to unsolicited/annoying commercial offers.
